Take away the Top Contributor section and have a system in place that limits the number of times a writer is featured, to once per fortnight.
Not only will this stop Editors continuously featuring the same writers (or friends) but it will also ensure the Feature Tag plays host to (a lot) more of the unheard voices that lurk just below the radar.
